Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of continuous positive airway pressure in treatment of sleep apnea syndrome and metabolic syndrome. Methods 100 patients with sleep apnea syndrome and metabolic syndrome cured in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were divided into control group and research group with 50 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with oropharynx orthotics,and patients in research group were treated with continuous positive airway pressure.Then the effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of research group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of control group with 62.00%(P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of research group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of control group with 64.00% (P<0.05).After appropriate treatment,the average degree of blood oxygen saturation,average apnea time and respiratory disturbance index were significantly improved,compared with before the treatment(P < 0.05).The improvement of research group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of continuous positive airway pressure treatment on sleep apnea syndrome and metabolic syndrome is obvious.It can improve sleep qualities and prognosis of the patients.关键词
