Abstract
Objective To study and reveal the correlation between NT-proBNP and the function of lung in CHF. Methods 120 cases of CCHF from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and analyzed the correlation between NT-proBNP and the function of lung by SPSS statistical package. Results There was significant differences in NT-proBNP(t=5.154, P < 0.05). There was significant differences in FVC(t=4.196, P < 0.05). There was significant differences in FEV1(t=2.480, P<0.05). There was significant differences in MMEF(t=3.577, P<0.05), Dlco(t=2.329, P<0.05). There had no significant difference in FEV1/FVC. There was a negative correlation between NT-proBNP and FVC by Spearman test, R=-0.931, P<0.05. There was a negative correlation between NT-proBNP and FEV1 by Spearman test, R=-0.887, P < 0.05. There had no correlation between NT-proBNP and MMEF, and between NT-proBNP and DLco. Conclusion When the hemodynamics of CCHF have changed, NT-proBNP and restriction and obstructive ventilation dysfunction of lung are increased.关键词
