中药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病临床疗效观察
Clinical curative effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of ligustrazine injection, and shenmai injection in treatment of curative effect of chronic cor pulmonale(CPHD). Methods 50 cases of CPHD patients cured in cardiology of our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects. On the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus ligustrazine injection and Shenmai injection, 15 days. The blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), CO2 partial pressure (PaCO2) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed, and they were compared with the 50 cases of conventional western medicine treatment group. Results The levels of PaCO2, PaO2 and BNP of therapy group before treatment were (76.6±6.3)mm Hg, (52.2±4.5)mm Hg and (3729.8±653.5) pg/mL, and the levels of PaCO2, PaO2 and BNP after treatment were (51.8±5.4) mm Hg, (68.3±3.5)mm Hg and (248.6±84.7)pg/ml. The levels of PaCO2, PaO2 and BNP of control group before treatment were (75.9±5.2)mm Hg (53.2±4.3) mm Hg and (3655.4±681.5) pg/mL, and the levels of PaCO2, PaO2 and BNP of control group after treatment were (64.7±5.3)mm Hg,(58.1±3.6)mm Hg and (534.1±152.5)pg/mL. The PaCO2, BNP level of the two group before treatmentwere high, after treatment the levels decreased (P < 0.01), PaO2 level was low, after treatment the level increased (P < 0.01).Which shew that the treatment of the two groups were effective. PaCO2, PaO2 and BNP levels of therapy group and control group before treatment were not statistically significant (P > 0.05) with meaning after treatment (P < 0.01). Which shew that the levels of PaCO2 and BNP in therapy group after treatment were higher, and the level of PaO2 was better than that of control group. That was ligustrazine injection and Shenmai injection in treatment of cor pulmonale were better than conventional western medicine group. Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of CPHD can effectively improve the patients' serum PaCO2, PaO2 and BNP level, improve the patients' cardiopulmonary function, and improve the clinical curative effect.关键词
