针灸联合美多芭治疗帕金森病的临床效果和安全性分析
Analysis of clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with madopar in the treatment of Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of acupuncture combined with madopar in the treatment of parkinson's disease. Methods 127 cases of Parkinson in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups: observation group (n=63) and control group (n=64) by random number table method.The control group was treated with madopar, observation group were treated by acupuncture combined with madopar; The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, the adverse reaction rate, the II - III score of UPDRS and PDSS score before and after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results After the treatment, UPDRS Ⅱ - Ⅲ scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and UPDRSⅡ-Ⅲ scores in observation group was lower than that of control group (P <0.05). PDSS score in observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of before treatment (P < 0.05). And PDSS score in observation group was significantly higher than that of the same period of the control group (P < 0.05). Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Adverse effects rate in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Madopar in the treatment of Parkinson's disease can significantly improve the patient's condition, enhance the treatment effect,the security is high .关键词
