某院2015年非外伤玻璃体积血病因及治疗的相关回顾性分析
Related retrospective analysis on pathogeny and therapy of non traumatic vitreous hemorrhage in a hospital in 2015

Abstract
Objective To explore the patient data of non traumatic vitreous hemorrhage in ophthalmologic center of Foshan Second People's Hospital in 2015. Methods Hospitalized patients in ophthalmologic center of Foshan Second People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed."Vitreous hemorrhage"were searched in medical records management system.Rule out injury.Export excel file.Consult the relevant case data for etiological analysis. Results A total of 143 patients with non traumatic vitreous hemorrhage were treated in 2015 with a total of 139 eyes.The gender difference was not obvious.Middle aged and elderly patients were susceptible to the disease.Proportion of primary diseases,diabetic retinopathy,and retinal hole and retinal vein occlusion were 46.9%,20.3% and 14%,respectively.In factors associated with visual acuity after treatment,vitreous surgery,laser and preoperative visual acuity were the related factors. Conclusion It is helpful to judge the distribution of vitreous hemorrhage by paying attention to the distribution ratio of primary disease.Timely vitrectomy and retinal laser photocoagulation have a greater impact on prognosis.关键词
