降钙素原在新生儿败血症中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the The clinical application value of procalcitonin in neonatal sepsis. Methods 50 cases of sepsis patients cured in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2016 were selected as observation group, and 50 cases of patients admitted to hospital at the corresponding period were selected as control group. Procalcitonin, white blood cell count, and super C- reactive protein were tested before and after the one-week application of antibiotic. Results The levels of PCT, WBC and CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The PCT positive rate, and CRP positive rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The sensitivity, positive predictive value, specificity and negative predictive value of PCT were better than those of CRP. The values of PCT and CRP in the recovery phase for observation group were significantly lower than those of prior- treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion Serum procalcitonin has promotional value in the early diagnosis and clinical observation of neonatal sepsis. It has the promotion value.关键词
