维生素D辅助治疗婴幼儿喘息性肺炎的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of vitamin D in treatment of infantile asthmatic pneumonia. Methods 60 patients with wheezing pneumonia in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two group.50 children were divided into the experimental group and treated with symptomatic and antibiotic therapy,and vitamin D was given during the course of treatment adjuvant therapy.Patients in control group did not do vitamin D adjuvant therapy intervention.The levels of serum alkaline phosphatase,25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25-(OH) D3) and immunoglobulin A (IgA) were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.And the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The differences of treatment,serum alkaline phosphatase,25-(OH) D3,IgA were not statistically significant,P > 0.05.Levels of serum alkaline phosphatase treatment,25-(OH) D3,IgA in experimental group were better than those in control group. Comparison of treatment groups:the therapy effective rate of experimental group was 96%, and the control group was 84%. Conclusion Vitamin D can enhance the immune resistance in children in the case of promoting bone development treating asthmatic pneumonia,and it is one of the clinical treatment of wheezing infants Pneumonia important adjunct.关键词
