摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic hernia sac ligation in treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia. Methods 45 case of children with inguinal hernia cured in Heyuan City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 were selected as study group, and they were treated with laparoscopic hernia sac ligation, the application of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac treatment. 45 cases of children with inguinal hernia cured in other hospitals treated with traditional high ligation of hernia sac over the same period were selected as the control group. The complications rate, recurrence rate, hospitalization time, operation time and incision length between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.44%, the recurrence rate was 2.22%, the average hospitalization time was (3.45 ± 0.49) days, and the mean operation time was (15.28 ± 3.58) min, the average hospitalization time was (6.44 ± 1.51) days, and the mean operation time was (49.25 ± 9.48) min. There had statisitical differences on complications rate, recurrence rate, hospitalization time, operation time and incision length (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in CRP and IL-6 levels between the two groups (P > 0.05). After operation, CRP and IL-6 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia sac ligation in treatment of children with inguinal hernia high ligation has clinical efficacy, high safety, and ease of operation. It can reduce the recurrence of inguinal hernia, and speed up the recovery process in children. It is worth promoting the clinical application.关键词
