Methods Clinical data of 108 cases of natural labor primipara were analyzed retrospectively, who were in the author's Hospital from Juanary 2015 to January 2014. According to the different ways of childbirth care, they were divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each group. The observation group was given the midwives full-course nusing, and the control group was given routine midwifery. Result The total labor time and two hours postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group were (8.89+1.52)h and(142.37 +39.61) mL,respectively, which were significantly less than those of the control group (13.47+2.07)h and (187.95+90.38)mL, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).The neonatal Apgar score of the observation group and the control group were (9.08+0.83) and (8.97+1.04),and there was no significant difference (P > 0.05).On admission, the pregnant women of the two groups were moderate anxiety.Postpartum observation group SAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P > 0.05).At the time of discharge, the observation group satisfaction was 98.15%, and was significantly higher than the control group (88.89%),with statistical difference (χ2=8.482, P > 0.05).
