摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention during PICC on the compliance of cathetering. Methods 268 cases of patients of Cancer chemotherapy needing to be placed in the tube were selected from June 2014 to May 2015. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the patients needing to be placed in the tube, and the corresponding nursing measures were taken for the existing problems discovered during the questionnaire survey. Results Existing problems were proceeded with the corresponding nursing intervention, patients with catheter compliance, the importance of PICC in chemotherapy of medical workers, patients and relations were significantly higher than that before intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients, reduce the stimulation of blood vessels, provide the optimized treatment plan for patients, and improve the patient’s satisfaction.关键词
