Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of early comfortable nursing care in the anxiety and pain degree after the plastic surgery. Methods 44 cases of patients adopting the plastic surgery from August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the admission time of hospital with 22 cases each group.Patients in general group were treated with the conventional nursing care. On the basis,patients in comfortable group were treated with the comfortable nursing care,especially the mental nursing care.The anxiety and pain degree of the two groups was observed. Results The percentage of patients with mild pain,moderate pain and severe pain of general group was 22.73%,50%,27.27%.The above index of comfortable group was 63.64%,27.27%,9.09%.The percentage for patients with mild pain of general group was lower than that of comfortable group.The percentage for patients with moderate and severe pain of general group were higher than those of comfortable group (P < 0.05).The pain relief rate for general group 50% was lower than comfortable group 86.36%,(P < 0.05). Conclusion During the plastic surgery,the comfortable nursing care can improve the patient’s mental emotions,and relieve the pain degree.关键词
