改良外剥内扎术与传统外剥内扎术治疗混合痔临床比较

Abstract
Objective To analysis the clinical effect of the improved Milligan Morgan and traditional Milligan Morgan in the treatment of the mixed hemorrhoids. Methods In our hospital,174 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the control group were treated with the traditional Milligan Morgan therapy, and patients in the observation group were treated with the adopted improved Milligan Morgan therapy. Clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was (41.9±6.2)min, which was shorter than that of control group with (68.7±7.2)min, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The amount of bleeding in the observation group was (16.0±3.2) mL, which was less than that in the control group with (26.6±3.6)mL, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 95.40%, the total effective rate of control group was 81.61%, and the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The anal discharge, perianal skin tags, a margin of edema of observation group were lower than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The method of the Milligan Morgan simplified operation is improved. It can improve the operation effect, reduce the incidence of complications, and it is safe and effective in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.关键词
