Abstract
Objective To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of PVP and PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods 40 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients cured in our hospital from Frebruary 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study objects,including 61 vertebral bodies. Among them,20 cases( 31 bodies )were treated with percutaneous vertebral plasty(PVP),otherwise 20 cases ( 30 vertebral bodies )were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty(PKP). The postoperative VAS scores and single vertebral body operation time,bone cement injection,bone cement leakage,injury vertebral height changes,adjacent vertebral fractures of PVP group and PKP group were observed and compared. Results Operation time of PVP group was significantly shorter than that of PKP group,postoperative VAS score of both the two groups were higher than preoperative obviously(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. There were significant difference in postoperative injury vertebral height recruitment of vertebral body and postoperative follow-up of one year injured vertebral obvious vertebral height loss of the two groups(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Bone cement leakage rate of PVP group was 48.4%,which was significantly higher than that of PKP group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of adjacent vertebral fractures of PVP and PKP holds were 25% and 20% respectively,with no significant difference between two groups (P> 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion PVP and PKP in the treatment of osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures has good analgesic effect. PKP reduction effect is good. Bone cement leakage rate is significantly lower than that in PVP,and adjacent vertebral fracture rate of PVP had no significant difference with PKP. But the postoperative vertebral height loss is significant. Clinical should be combined with patient specific situation to carry on the reasonable choice.关键词
