Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Methods 104 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and study group with 52 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated with arthroscopy, and patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy and dialectical therapy in arthroscopic debridement. The clinical effect were observed. Results In the control group, 32 patients (61.54%) were satisfied, 15 patients (28.82%) were generally satisfied, and 5 patients (9.61%) were not satisfied. In the study group, 38 (72.8%) patients were satisfied with subjective assessment, 22 (21.3%) were generally satisfied, and 6 (5.8%) were not satisfied. The VAS and Lysholm scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (t=0.634, 0.831, P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion For arthroscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint function, the treatment effect is satisfactory, and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
