白内障超声乳化加钝性房角分离治疗急性闭角型青光眼
Treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma with cataract by phacoemulsification and blunt angle separation

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with blunt angle separation in patients with acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods 156 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma (186 eyes) were randomly divided into control group (n=78, 93 eyes) and observation group (n=78, 93 eyes) with acute angle closure glaucoma in July January 2014. Patients in control group were treated with combined surgery of glaucoma and cataract, and patients in observation group were treated with phacoemulsification combined with blunt angle separation. The clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications between the 2 groups were compared. Results After treatment, visual acuity level and central anterior chamber depth level of observation group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of intraocular pressure and eye opening level of observation group were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). ACA12 ACA3 point, ACA6 point and ACA9 point level of observation group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.05). The complication rate of observation group was 6.67%, and the incidence rate of control group was 8.97%. The postoperative complication rates of the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of cataract phacoemulsification combined with blunt angle separation in treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma is ideal. It has high safety. It is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
