Abstract
Objective To investigate the application experience of the treatment of laparoscopic splenectomy for patients with traumatic splenic rupture. Methods Two cases of traumatic splenic rupture underwent laparoscopic exploration and splenectomies were analyzed retrospectively. Results Laparoscopic splenectomy was successfully completed in two cases.The operation time were 102 and 113min.The estimated intraoperative amount of blood loss was 100 and 150 mL.The incision around the navel was 3cm long.Postoperative exhaust time were 3 and 3.5days.Lengths of hospital stays were 7 and 9 days.From 1 to 6 months follow-up,the patients were healed well and no postoperative complication occurred. Conclusion It is safe and feasible for the treatment of laparoscopic splenectomy for patients with traumatic splenic rupture.关键词
