强化参数对动态增强呈流出型曲线前列腺疾病的鉴别诊断价值
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of DCE parameters (To,Tmax,Vin,Vout)in diagnosis of prostate cancer and prostati tis with the curve of Wash-out type. Methods:Collecting and comparing the DCE parameters of fifty patients (twenty-nine patients with prostate cancer and twenty-one patients with prostatitis),they all underwent conventional and DCE MRI and had a curve of wash-out type. Results:The DCE parameters in the group of prostate cancer were more rapid than the group of prostatitis, there were significant differences in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and prostatitis. Conclusion:DCE parameters are useful methods to distinguish prostate cancer from prostatitis.关键词
