Abstract
This article analyzed the current existing problems in library user demand service system, discussed the development ability, acquirement ability and realization ability of user demand, proposed the optimization mechanism of library user service, and put forward to ideas on construction of the future library users demand service system from the aspects of accretion, intelligence, and personalization.关键词
