摘要
Abstract
Langerhan's cell histiocytoses (LCH) is a rare disease characterized by proliferation of specific dendritic cells in mononuclear phagocyte system. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease has not been fully elucidated, and its clinical manifestations are various and lack of specificity, which is easy to be misdiagnosed. The author reviewed correlative litetatures, focused on the current study of etiology, pathogenesis , diagnosis and treatment of LCH.关键词
