A Solution of Distributed Intelligent Control System in Discrete Manufacturing Industry
摘要
Abstract
According to the characteristics of production site complex management in discrete manufacturing industry, a distributed intelligent control system which suites for discrete manufacturing industry is proposed. Analyze requirements of discrete manufacturing industry on distributed intelligent control system, key technologies and approaches of the system are researched, including data acquisition based on internet of things, data integrated management of manufacturing process, intelligent control of manufacturing process based on real time data analyzing. The distributed intelligent control system framework is given, analysis results show that this method can improve equipment utilization and efficiency of management and control, of manufacturing site and eventually elevate the completion ratios of plans.关键词
