Electrode Design with High Slenderness Ratio Used in Electrolytic Machining Recoil Rod Groove
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of poor processing manufacturability and low processing precision of a gun’s recoil rod groove, analyzing the old processing technology and the copper electrode used for machining grooves, proposes a new electrode structure, and use ABAQUS finite element method and Matlab differential analysis for the new structure, the simulation results show that this method can reduce the recoil discharge hole area machining error from 3.405 mm2 to 0.5 mm2 in order to fine processing of the recoil rod groove.关键词
