摘要

Abstract

Aimed at the potential failure mode and the influence on product function of the high speed small compound molecular pump components, some prevention and improvement measures are proposed based on the failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA). By means of analyzing the failure mode and influence on its overall performance, the pump criticality matrix is obtained, also, the result shows that the support unit and the driver unit are the key and weakness units of pump reliability. Finally, the results shows that the prevention and improvement measures can provides credible referenced basis for the optimization design, reliability growth, and fault location of pump.
