A review of the literature of house price fluctuation from the perspective of behavioral economics
房价的波动原因一直是房地产经济学中备受关注的一个核心问题.随着行为经济学的兴起,行为研究的方法能够帮助传统经济学理论更好地解释和预测房地产价格的变化.文章在系统梳理相关研究文献的基础上,深入分析了从行为经济学视角研究房价波动的缘起,总结了市场参与者普遍存在的认知局限和行为偏差,梳理了房地产市场个体参与者心理和行为与房价波动关系的影响效度检验,以及房地产市场个体参与者心理和行为与房价波动关系的影响机制研究,并归纳了现有研究的不足和对未来研究重点进行了展望.
