机车制动系统流量计数值仿真与试验分析
Numerical simulation and experimental analysis of flow meter of the locomotive brake system

Abstract
In this paper, we combine the STAR-CD and SolidWorks software, according to the compressible vis-cous fluid N-S equation and k-εtwo equation turbulence model, using the finite volume method to simulate and test the flow field of locomotive braking system flow meter. Comparison of simulation results with experimental re-sults, The differential pressure value and flow value of the “V” cone are basically consistent, and the error is less than 10%. It is proved that the design of the“V” type inner cone flow meter is reasonable. The established simulation model is correct. The system can accurately measure and display the locomotive brake system flow rate, which can accurately determine the couping cock closing state and closed position, so as to achieve the pur-pose of ensuring the smooth, safe driving of the train. In addition, the design can also be used for other flow measurement occasions.关键词
