Abstract
As expanding the scale of city ,the freeway gradually surrounded by city and became obstacles to the further development of city. Therefore, the main target of freeway reconstruction is the coordination with econo-my, resources, environment and city layout. Based on the purposes,such as human foremost, environmental pro-tection and balance of urban development and freeway, freeway reconstruction project is analysed, the attribute measure interval principle to evaluate the factors influencing urbanization of highway reconstruction is proposed. First, the establishment of index system for reconstruction. Then, the attribute measure model is used to evaluate the freeway. Examples in engineering shows that the method of specification and guiding freeway reconstruction has very good effect.关键词
