摘要

Abstract

Aiming at short distance and weak misalignment of inductively coupled power transmission system and the problem of resonant coupled structure susceptible to interference,a cooperative operating coupler featuring tight-strong coupling is proposed innovatively. The transmission performance varying with coupling coefficient and quality factor is studied by developing a mathematical model of dynamic wireless charging system.Based on finite element simulation,the transmission efficiency and power are analyzed. In order to improve the anti-misalignment capability and reduce the electromagnetic radiation,magnetic shielding component is added to the receiving coil.A prototype is built to verify the feasibility of the proposed structure. The results indicate that the proposed coupler has high dynamic transmission performance, the transmission efficiency reaching 93.9% at 85 kHz.
