润湿剂促进细颗粒在水汽条件下长大的实验研究
Experimental study of vapor condensation on fine particles with surfactant addition

Abstract
In order to investigate the improvement effects by surfactant addition and growth charac-teristics of fine particles under water vapor with surfactant addition,the wetting performance of fine particles with Tween20 addition was measured,and the effect of Tween20 addition on fine parti-cles enlargement under the water vapor was also experimentally studied.The results show that parti-cle surface wetting properties and enlargement can be improved by Tween20 addition,and the addi-tion way and the concentration of Tween20 both have an impact on the particle enlargement.The mechanism that surfactant facilitate particle enlargement varies with its addition concentration.In a certain concentration(10 to 30 g/L),its increase is in favor of particle enlargement,however,when the Tween20 addition concentration is above 30 g/L,the final average diameter of particles after growth increases while the surfactant addition has negative effect on small particle (<1 μm)en-largement.The optical performance of the particle enlargement appears when Tween20 addition is 30 g/L.Therefore,a suitable surfactant addition has the best effect on facilitating particle enlargement and removal.关键词
