Abstract
The modulation algorithm of the three level NPC topology was compared and analyzed,then the NPC three level SVPWM modulation algorithm was derived, and the dead time effect was analyzed also,the modulation algorithm based on the dead zone compensation was proposed.Then,according to the advantages and disadvantages of the different speed-less control methods,a novel speed-less vector control scheme was proposed,which combines the voltage phase locked method and the model reference adaptive system.The feasibility and superiority of the proposed scheme were verified by simulation and experiment.关键词
