摘要

Abstract

Parasitic capacitance between the heat sink and switching devices is considered the main way for common mode(CM) current.Adverse interference is produced by the conducted EMI.Water cooling heat sink on charger was taken as an example to be analyzed.The structure of existing water cooling heat sink is altered,metal tank is divided into two parts,an insulating seal mounting groove connecting the two parts.One part linking to DC 0 V ground functions as electrostatic shielding and the other linking to ground by chassis.The parasitic capacitance between switching devices and heat sink linking to chassis ground is reduced and the effect of CM current is weakned.The effective CM current suppression of this method was confirmed by the simulation results of two different water cooling radiators.
