Energy Storage Smoothing Strategies Based on Quadratic Exponential Smoothing-Double Fuzzy Control

Abstract
Through the charging and discharging control of battery energy storage system,the fluctuation of wind power will be reduced so as to improve the safety of integration of wind power and reduce abandoning wind power.In order to reduce the amplitude and frequency of wind power fluctuation meanwhile to lower the battery lifetime losses,a control method of energy storage system for smoothing wind power based on the quadratic exponential smoothing-double layer fuzzy control was proposed.Then,the comparison results were given by MATLAB simulation using the practical power data of wind farms.It is shown that the control strategy is valid both for smoothing wind power and maintaining the battery SOC level.关键词
