天然沸石对氮肥工业废水的处理性能研究
Study on the characteristics of natural zeolites in treating nitrogenous fertilizer industry wastewater

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of high concentration of ammonia nitrogen,excessive phosphorus and refractory in the nitrogenous fertilizer industry wastewater of North China,the performance and characteristics of all types of zeolites in treating industrial wastewater are studied in the area nearby.The results show that the nitrogen removal efficiency of the representative green zeolite is significantly better than the others,and its adsorption capacity of nitrogen is about 10.18 mg/g.The concentration of the total phosphorus basically meets the first level of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard GB 8978-1996 after the adsorption of different types zeolites.The zeolite has some adsorption activity for COD and hydrogen ion,and the conductivity of the chemical fertilizer industry wastewater is decreased.The green zeolite has remarkable ability of ion adsorption and exchange because of its varieties of chemical components and favorable physical characteristics.The green zeolite adsorption method has wider application than the biological degradation method for freating industrial wastewater of high concentration nitrogenous fertilizer.关键词
