摘要

Abstract

In order to detect acrylamide in water,a method for the extraction of bromide by liquid-liquid extraction and gas chromatography is established.The addition of sulfuric acid,reaction time and the source of bromine which may influence the extraction of bromide are optimized.It is found that when the addition amount of sulfuric acid is 5.0 mL and the reaction time is 30 min,the effect is better.The limit of detection is 0.02 μg/L,the average recovery is 98%~100%,and the relative standard deviations of acrylamide is less than 9.9%.The method is sensitive,repeatable and accurate for acrylamide determination in water samples.
