Research Progress and Review on the Income Distribution of Rural Residential Land Consolidation
摘要
Abstract
With the development of urbanization in our country, the quantity of rural residential land consolidation is increasing, how to distribute the rural residential land consolidation benefits has become a hotspot in recent years. This paper reviews the research progress of income distribution of rural residential land consolidation in recent years from research content and research method two aspects� The research mainly focuses on the mode and practice of rural housing land consolidation, the formation and distribution of rural residential land consolidation’ s benefits, the institutional barriers and the reform path of rural homestead consolidation and distribution� The research methods include the peasant household questionnaire survey, econometric model and mathematical statistics, the game theory and case studies�Based on the summarization of the existing literature, it is concluded that there are three problems in current research the proportion of income distribution in rural homestead consolidation has not yet been determined, the method of single cognition questionnaire has drawbacks, and data analysis and application are to be strengthened� And then put forward the future research directions mainly: to construct the value distribution system of income distribution, to determine the reasonable distribution of homestead land consolidation benefits; to use long-term follow-up survey method to provide data support for rural homestead land consolidation income distribution; use game theory to analyze the stakeholders Between the game process.关键词
