蓝色经济的理念与发展途径研究OA
Research on the Concept and Development Approach of Blue Economy
目前蓝色经济发展理念已成为实现可持续发展的重要方式，探索蓝色经济发展之路、推动海洋可持续发展，已成为重要的发展主题。本文回顾了蓝色经济理念的发展情况，通过梳理和分析国际海洋机构和沿海各国提出的蓝色经济概念，将蓝色经济的内容总结为蓝色基础、蓝色增长和蓝色治理三个方面。在此基础上，提出了发展蓝色经济的建议，包括完善政策保障和整体规划、推进海洋生态环境保护和修复、调整优化海洋产业结构、提高海洋科技创新能力、加强公众参与和文化服务等途径。
