Abstract
Provide valuable experience and reference for the prevention and treatment of environmental accidents, protect the environment and people's environmental rights. The environmental pollution accident investigation should follow six steps after the environmental pollution accident emergency disposal, including the establishment of the investigation group, preparation, on-site investigation, damage assessment, accident responsibility, accident investigation report and archiving. Make relevant content clear individually, including the form of the investigation team, specific material preparation, the specific content of field investigation, damage assessment contents, basis for the identification of accident liability, relevant content of the accident investigation report and relevant requirements for filing. Finally, established a comlete regulation for investigation of environmental pollution accident.关键词
