Abstract
It is necessary to learn from foreign experience, combined with the actual situation in our country from the following six aspects to improve the legal regulation of deep well perfusion: the establishment of special legislation, comprehensive regulation system; determine the management institutions, strengthen the supervision of strict monitoring; administrative license, delineation of suitable areas; formulate corresponding standards, provide technical support; establish contingency plans, clear financial and legal responsibility; expand the transparency of information, and Strong public participation.关键词
