摘要

Abstract

Based on the measurements and emission calculations of three gas separation units, this paper try to assess the effect of emission reduction of LDAR program� By analyzing the features and sources of the leak points of the three different gas separating units, this study try to identify the major influential factors of LDAR program on emission reduction� It shows that LDAR has obvious effects on VOCs emission reduction. The three units reduced VOCs emissions by 30%~70%, respectively, after implementing LDAR program. Open End or Valves is one type of equipment that is likely to leak. Emissions from the outranged points and non-accessible points account for the major part of total VOCs emissions. Repair of the leak points especially serious leak pints, time of repair, effect of repair and repairing measures taken are the key factors that affect the emission reduction.
