颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术对高血压脑出血患者hs-CRP及D-二聚体的影响
Effect of intracranial hemtoma microinvasive craniopuncture scavenging technique on high sensitivity C-reactive protein and D-dimer in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To detect the serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and plasma D-dimer(D-D)level of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH)patients,in order to investigate their variation in occurrence and development of cerebral hemorrhage,and to explore the effect on their changes after intracranial hemtoma microinvasive craniopuncture scavenging tech-nique(MPST).Methods Seventy cases of acute HCH patients were analyzed retrospectively.These patients were divided into two groups including the treatment group(treated by MPST)36 cases and the control group(with conservative treatment)34 cases at random.Before and after treatment of 14 days,the changes of hs-CRP and D-D levels were measured and the neural function defect scale was evaluated in both two groups(P<0.05).Results 14 days after treatment,the hs-CRP and D-D levels,and the neural function defect scale of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The MPST could reduce both the hs-CRP and D-D levels and neural function defect of the patients with HCH effectively.关键词
