摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the antioxidant indices in the acute cerebral infarction patients after the treatments of ozone autohemotherapy,in order to further explore the mechanism of the treatment in acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 cases with acute cerebral infarction(characterized by a single internal capsule lesion in unilateral subcortical area caused by the is-chemic middle cerebral artery)were randomly divided into ozone group and control group,30 cases in each group.In addition to the basic treatment containing aspirin enteric-coated tablets 0.3 g,once a night and Xueshuantong injection 0.45 g,once a day for both two groups,the zone group received ozone autohemotherapy,once a day and (10±2)d as a treatment course.Then antioxidant indi-cators including superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and nitric oxide(NO)were assessed to compare the differ-ences between two groups.Results After treatment,the plasma SOD and NO levels of the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the ozone group showed more changes than the control group with statistical differencec(P <0.05 ).What’s more,the MDA level was declined in both two groups,especially in the Ozone group(P <0.01).Conclusion Ozone may play a therapeutic role in acute cerebral infarction probably by reducing the damage of local and distant infarct lesions through anti-oxidation,clearance of free radicals and other approaches.
