Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of kinesio taping therapy in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Meth-ods Sixty cases with peripheral facial paralysis patients from September 2012 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,30 cases in each group.The control group received physical treatment combined with western medicine therapy,the observation group received kinesio taping therapy on the basis of control group.Then the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups was observed and compared. Results After treatment,the scores in observation group were promoted to (1 6.83 ± 3.14 )points,significantly higher than (12.1 1±2.18)points in the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The clinical therapeutic effect of observation group was 93.33%,and the control group was 70%.Conclusion Kinesio taping therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can relieve face pain and promote the recovery of the muscle strength and clinical symptoms with the tremendous clinical efficacy,which should be worthy of promotion.关键词
