血必净注射液对急性重型颅脑损伤患者多器官功能的影响
The effect of Xuebijing injection on multiple organ functions in patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Xuebijing injection on multiple organ functions in patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury.Methods All 78 patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into study group and control group,39 cases in each group.Then we observed the following indicators,mainly including serum C-reactive protein (CRP),lactic acid(LA),endothelin(ET)level,blood coagulation index and liver,renal functions,arterial blood gas analysis and complications(Cushing ulcer,pulmonary injection,septicopyemia,MODS and electrolyte disturbance).Results Xuebijing injection could reduce serum CRP,ET,LA levels,protect the function of blood coagulation,improve the heart,liver,lung,kidney and other important organs functions and decrease the incidence of septicopyemia,pulmonary infection and MODS.All the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection can reduce severe multiple organ dysfunction in patients with a-cute severe craniocerebral injury and improve the clinical treatment effects.关键词
