Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of rt-PA(recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator)applied to intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of posterior circulation cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-two cases with posterior cir-culation cerebral infarction in our hospital from September 2013 to September 201 5 were selected.According to the different treat-ment methods,they were divided into routine group and study group,31 cases in each group.The routine group was treated by conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with rt-PA thrombolytic therapy.We compared NIHSS scores before and af-ter treatment,clinical effects,secondary cerebral hemorrhage rate,mortality and the occurrence of vascular occlusion between the two groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the NIHSS scores in the study group were lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05 ).Furthermore,the study group(93.5%)showed higher total effective rate than the routine group(64.5%)with the significant difference(P <0.05).There were no significant differences as for secondary cerebral hemorrhage rate,incidence of vascular occlusion and mortality between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion rt-PA thrombolytic therapy for patients with posterior circulation cerebral infarction can significantly improve the neurological function,has an obvious clinical efficacy and plays an important role in clinical treatment with high safety.关键词
