Effective observation of cervical collar andimmobilization used to pre-hospital first aid in patients with cranioce-rebral injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of cervical collar and immobilization used to pre-hospital first aid in pa-tients with craniocerebral injury.Methods we recruited 306 patients with craniocerebral injury in our center from July 2013 to July 2014 and divided them on average to two groups based on various first-aid ways,and each group had 1 53 patients.Besides con-ventional therapy for both two groups,the study group received cervical collar and immobilization.Then the vital signs,serum stress hormone level and total effective rate of two groups were compared.Results The study group got higher total effective rate than control group(P <0.05).No significant differences were found before treatment in both two groups in vital signs and serum stress hormone level(P >0.05),which were markedly increased when patients were in emergency ambulance and in hospital(P <0.05).And the first-aid outcome of the study group was superior to that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Cervical col-lar and immobilization may have an effect on pre-hospital first aid in patients with craniocerebral injury and show positive applica-tion value of the recovery of viral signs and the improvement of adverse stress.关键词
