阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效观察
Observation the effects of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of aspirin plus clopidogrel on the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Totally patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Both two groups were trea-ted normal therapy of cerebral infarction.The observation group received 300 mg aspirin and 75 mg clopidogrel,once a day for 7 days and then continuously took aspirin 300 mg,one time a day.The control group took 300 mg aspirin,once a day for 14 days.Be-fore treatment and 14 days and 30 days after the treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores and bleeding risk were evaluated.Results 14 days and 30 days after the treatment,the NIHSS scores of the observation group were obviously better than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P <0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 89.7% and control group was 72.4%,and the difference was significant(P <0.05 ).There were no statistical differences in platelet count and coagulation indicators in two groups before and after treatment(P >0.05).The adverse events showed no statis-tical difference between two groups(P > 0.05 ).Conclusion Short-term aspirin combined with clopidogrel therapy may have a good therapeutic effect on patients with progressive cerebral infarction,which can safely delay the progress of the disease,reduce morbidity,and not increase the nsk of bleeding.关键词
