花生AhFUSCA3基因的原核表达及在非生物胁迫下的表达分析

Abstract
In this study, according to the sequence of AhFUSCA3 gene (GenBank accession number JX420284), specific primers were designed to construct prokaryotic expression vector.The recombinant protein was induced and the molecular weight of the target protein was about 42 KD.Expression analysis indicated that the AhFUSCA3 gene was induced in peanut leaves under either cold or salt conditions.However, the expression of the AhFUSCA3 gene was decreased in leaves under drought treatment.The results suggested that the AhFUSCA3 gene may be involved in abiotic stress regulation of peanut.关键词
