花生AhFAD2-1基因与油酸/亚油酸比值的关系
Correlation between AhFAD2-1 and Oleic Acid/Linoleic Acid Ratio in Different Peanut Varieties

Abstract
A high oleic/linoleic acid ratio (O/L) in peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) seeds is controlled primarily by two non-allelic genes,AhFAD2-1A and AhFAD2-1B(ol1 and ol2).13 peanut varieties (lines) were selected to detect the genotype of AhFAD2-1A/AhFAD2-1B gene to improve the peanut-breeding efficiency.The results showed that the genotypes of E11, Huayu30, Luhua12, Yuhua15 and Hebeigaoyou are OL1 OL1 OL2 OL2,and the corresponding O/L value is between 1.01~1.40.The genotypes of Luhua14, Huayu17, Huayu19, Huayu23 and E12S are ol1 ol1 OL2 OL2,and the corresponding O/L value is between 1.54~1.97, except for E12S(9.05).E16, E18 and Huayu32 are ol1 ol1 ol2 ol2, and the corresponding O/L value is between 12.3~41.85.This study provides the fundamental information for molecular identification and new variety breeding of high oleic acid peanut.关键词
