The Development and Operation Management of UNOLS’ Academic Research Fleet
摘要
Abstract
The United States has the largest number of research vessels in the world.In 1971,Uni-versity-National Oceanographic Laboratory System (UNOLS)was established,making the United States the first country to conduct integrated management of marine research vessels and facilities by forming academic research vessel fleet.This paper introduced the history of UNOLS,studied the organizational structure,characteristics and usage of its academic research fleet,drew upon UNOLS’s practices of operation mechanism,and provided some suggestions for China Marine Re-search Vessels.关键词
