埋弧焊熔滴过渡试验研究
Experimental study on metal transfer behavior in submerged arc welding
摘要
Abstract
The metal transfer behavior of arc welding directly effects the appearance and quality of an weld,but the arc and droplet in submerged arc welding (SAW)are invisible since they are buried by flux layers.Experiments was carried out on these problems,a stainless steel tube was used to estab-lish a filming channel,the metal transfer processes of SAW were filmed by a high-speed photography system,and the welding electrical signals were acquired by analysator hannover (AH).Through anal-ysis of the images from high-speed camera combined with the waveforms from AH,the metal transfer behaviors of SAW were deduced.The results show that with the increment of welding current,there appears three different flux-wall guided transfer behaviors,including non-shortcircuit,low-current-shortcircuit and high-current-shortcircuit.Further analysis shows that there is a special arc-bridge co-existence phenomenon at high welding current.关键词
