黏土固化浆液充填富水岩溶的抗渗性能研究
Experimental study on the anti-permeability of clay hardening grouts filling in water-rich karst

Abstract
In order to study the permeability resistance of clay solidified slurry to fill the water rich karst,a set of test equipment for the permeability coefficient of the water rich karst stone body was developed.Through the indoor experiment,the process of different grouting parameters and grouting stratum under the condition of drainage clay solidified grout filling karst was simulated,to get a com-plete sample grout,coefficient of permeability with karst water curing specimen.The test results show that the clay cement slurry has good performance of anti-seepage reinforcement,karst water conservation 28 d permeability coefficient can reach 1×10-6 cm/s,fully meet the water rich karst fill-ing grouting design requirements.Various factors on the influence of the penetration coefficient of stone body followed by grouting pressure,slurry water solid ratio,strata drainage conditions,and stones permeability coefficient and slurry water solid ratio,positive correlation between strata drain-age conditions,and negatively related to the grouting pressure.For the actual grouting engineering, under certain conditions of formation drainage conditions,by adj usting the grouting pressure,optimi-zing the ratio of slurry and other means,a better stone body anti permeability performance can be ob-tained.It can be seen from the micro analysis by scanning electron microscope that,consistent with the variation of permeability coefficient between micro structure and macro stone body,with the in-crease of grouting pressure,inter particle spacing decreases gradually.The structure forms of stone body electron microscope are in order of loose flocculent and loose flakes,more dense clusters and dense plate.The compactness of the stone body is further improved.关键词
