Abstract
Objective:To study the general clinical characteristics in abnormal thyroid ultrasound to children with mental disorders.Methods:To study the 236 cases of hospitalized patients that the age of 18 years old or less and do-ing thyroid ultrasound in March 2015 to June 2016.Results:The abnormal detection rate of thyroid ultrasound was 20.8%.To compare the abnormal thyroid group and normal thyroid group,the difference in gender(χ2=5.089,P<0.05),nation(χ2=4.824,P<0.05),psychiatric diagnosis(χ2=16.834,P<0.05)and treatment (χ2=37.999,P<0.05)were statistically significant.There were not significant differences in age and treatment efficacy.The most common diseases in abnormal thyroid group were depression,schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.Conclusion:The ab-normal detection rate of thyroid ultrasound in children is high,which is influenced by gender and nation;Children with depression are easy to be abnormal thyroid ultrasound,they are mainly treated with mood stabilizers and psy-chiatric drugs.关键词
